Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer to manage billing and estimation tasks related to infrastructure, residential, and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of BBS, RCC, BOQ preparation, and project planning to ensure accurate and timely billing in coordination with the site and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) based on project drawings and site inputs.
• Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) quantity estimations for billing purposes.
• Generate accurate progress billing statements and submit them to clients as per contract terms.
• Liaise with site engineers, project managers, and clients to collect required data for billing.
• Monitor and track project costs and update the billing status regularly.
• Ensure all billing submissions are in compliance with contractual agreements and internal standards.
• Maintain records of all billing documents, change orders, and correspondence related to billing.
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies or client queries related to invoices.
• Support project planning and estimation activities as needed.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of BBS, RCC, BOQ preparation.
• Good understanding of Infra Work, Residential, and Commercial Projects.
• Familiarity with project planning and execution processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant billing or ERP software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of construction site procedures and contract terms.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in the construction industry, preferably in Infra, Residential, or Commercial projects.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
