• Job Location = Mazgaon, Mumbai
• Fix Salary = 45000 to 50000 per month.
• Experience = 3 to 5 Years
• Note - Joining with in 15 Days.

Job description

• Billing and Documentation:
• Prepare, review, and submit client invoices and follow up on payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all billing and payment activities.
• Prepare & submit variation orders and claims for additional work or changes in scope.

Reconcile project costs with budget estimates and report discrepancies.

• Cost Estimation:
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Prepare detailed cost estimates including material, labour, equipment & overhead cost
• Update cost estimates and budgets based on project changes and progress.

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure

accurate billing and compliance with contractual terms.

• Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports for management and clients.

Assist in contract administration and ensure adherence to contract terms and
conditions.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience of minimum 3 to 5 years in tendering, cost estimation, and billing

in construction industry.

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
