Billing Officer – Job Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate invoices for interior construction projects and send them to clients on time.
• Review and verify billing details such as quantities, rates, and contract terms by referring to the BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project documents to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with project managers, accounts team, and clients to resolve any billing discrepancies or queries.
• Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely collections.
• Maintain detailed billing records and prepare monthly billing reports for management.
• Ensure all billing processes comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Provide necessary billing documents and records during internal audits and financial reviews.
• Monitor billing schedules and ensure invoices are generated on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
