Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Billing Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in the real estate sector. The role requires proficient use of Auto-CAD and involves working in a hybrid environment, both at the office and on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Billing: Prepare and manage billing of various projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets and ensure project costs are controlled.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and site engineers to monitor project progress.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in billing engineering within the real estate sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Auto-CAD is a must. Ability to understand and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
