Billing Executive

The Billing Executive will be responsible for preparing accurate invoices, maintaining billing records, coordinating with internal departments for payment details, and ensuring timely submission of bills to clients or customers. This role supports smooth financial operations and accurate revenue tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, and credit notes accurately and on time.
• Verify sales orders, delivery challans, and purchase orders before billing.
• Maintain records of customer accounts and billing data.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department for payment follow-ups and reconciliation.
• Manage GST entries and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Handle queries related to billing discrepancies or errors.
• Generate billing-related reports for management review.
• Support audit requirements and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in billing or accounts (Freshers can also apply if trained).
• Knowledge of Tally ERP / Excel / MS Office.
• Basic understanding of GST and taxation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
