Billing Executive

To generate accurate billing for showroom sales, manage payment processes, and maintain proper documentation while providing smooth customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare GST / Non-GST invoices for customers
• Operate billing software and update invoices on time
• Handle cash / card / UPI payments
• Maintain daily billing records and documentation
• Assist customers during the billing process
• Support rate checking and stock-related queries
• End-of-day cash and bill reconciliation
• Ensure accuracy and company billing policies compliance

Required Skills:

• Basic computer and billing software knowledge
• Good numerical and typing ability
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Responsible and disciplined work behavior

Qualification:

• Minimum B.com Pass
• Computer knowledge is mandatory
• GST billing experience preferred
