Billing Executive - TALLY EXPERIENCED

REQUIREMENT OF BILLING EXECUTIVE - TALLY EXPERIENCED (PREFERABLY 30YRS+)

· Tally is used for all billing purposes.

. Communicate via phone and watss app promptly and RESPONSIBLE.

. Preparing DELIVERY CHALLAN- DC, Consignment for stock to be sent to various hospitals in Excel and Tally.

. Preparing SALE INVOICES to hospitals for the used implants.

· Receiving signed and stamped invoices from hospitals and keeping a track of the invoices.

· Checking, the stock received from company with the Purchase copy & Entering PURCHASES in Tally.

· Preparation of various stock and sales report on Daily, weekly and monthly basis in Excel format.

. Sending couriers to outstation hospitals and ensuring the courier has been received via emails and Phone calls.

Entering Vouchers.

. Proficient in Excel and Word.
