Job Overview:
The Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and billing-related tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of financial transactions, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company billing policies and client contract terms.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
- Process payments, refunds, and adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records in the system.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service teams to resolve billing-related issues.
- Generate billing reports and provide analysis on billing trends and outstanding balances.
- Assist with process improvements and automation efforts in the billing department.
- Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in billing software and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with Agency Management Software (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

- Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
