BIM Architect

Job Description

The BIM Architect / Specialist will report directly to the Lead Architect and Senior Architect within the Design Team. The role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of architectural solutions and detailed design outputs, ensuring full technical compliance through the effective use of BIM tools, workflows, and best practices.

Key Objectives

• Contribute actively to the delivery of full project packages or specific project components as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Participate in architectural design development and technical production
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet project timelines and milestones
• Demonstrate proficiency in the latest design software and BIM technologies
• Ensure seamless coordination with other disciplines and support QA/QC processes to enhance project quality and efficiency

Person ProfileEducation & Training

• Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and other Autodesk design tools (Autodesk certification is a plus)
• 2–5 years of drafting experience using Revit and AutoCAD for detailed architectural drawings
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
• Ability to produce a full set of construction drawings with detailed documentation
• Proficiency in Rhino is an advantage
• Experience with parametric design and scripting tools is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Previous experience working on complex and high-rise buildings
• Experience across a diverse range of project types, including residential, mixed-use developments, retail, hospitality, and civic projects
