BIM Architecture & ID Modelers/Architects/ Engineers

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient BIM Architecture & ID Modeler to join our design consultancy team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D architectural models and extracting 2D documentation that aligns with international BIM standards. You will work closely with Architects and Engineers to transform conceptual designs into data-rich virtual constructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Modeling: Create and maintain Revit architectural models from LOD 200 to LOD 350 throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documentation: Generate accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings directly from the BIM model.
• Coordination: Perform clash detection using Navisworks and collaborate with MEP and Structural teams to resolve spatial conflicts.
• Content Creation: Develop and manage Revit families (Parametric components) and project templates.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure all models adhere to the company’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and industry standards.
• Data Management: Manage BIM data exchanges and maintain organized Central Files and Cloud work-sharing environments (BIM 360/ACC).

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Software Expertise: * Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture).
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks Manage.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience: 3-5years of experience working as a BIM Modeler within a Design Consultancy environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction documentation, building materials, and architectural detailing.
