BIM Coordinator

Job Summary:

Innovative Engineering & Design Consultancy is looking for BIM Coordinator, who is responsible for coordinating BIM models across multiple disciplines (Architectural, Structural, and MEP). The role ensures clash-free models, smooth collaboration between teams, and compliance with project BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate 3D models developed in Autodesk Revit and other BIM platforms.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks .
• Review and validate models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Manage model exchanges through Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as Autodesk BIM 360 .
• Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
• Prepare coordination reports and track issue resolution.
• Support BIM Manager in implementing BIM standards.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical input.
