BIM Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer to support our project teams in developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) across various architectural and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on BIM modeling experience, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit
• Prepare accurate LOD-based models and construction documentation
• Perform CAD to BIM and Scan to BIM conversions
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP teams
• Identify and resolve design clashes using Navisworks
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows
• Generate drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models
• Support project teams throughout all design and construction stages

Required Skills & Software

• Proficiency in Revit (Architecture/Structure)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection
• Understanding of BIM standards, LOD, and project workflows
• Knowledge of construction documentation and detailing
• Good coordination and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Technology
• Experience working on international projects (USA/UK/Australia preferred)
• Exposure to BIM 360 / ACC is an advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
