The role
We are looking for a BIM Expert for our Design Office in Lahore, Pakistan. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing 3D BIM models, ensuring coordination across disciplines, and supporting project delivery through accurate drawings and reports. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud is required.

Assist and manage in developing the detailed 3D models for roads, architectural elements, structural components, and wet/dry utilities using Autodesk tools including Revit & Civil 3D.

Lead the integration of the models into the project's consolidated BIM environment using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Run clash detection protocols using Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems early in the design phase.

Ensure all models and deliverables comply with project BIM standards, protocols, and LOD (Level of Detail) requirements.

Work closely with other engineering disciplines and subcontractors to ensure a fully coordinated and clash-free design.

Generate and extract drawings, schedules, and data sheets directly from the BIM models for construction and tender purposes.

With a track record of achievement in a related role, you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.

Suitable applicants will have/be:

Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g bachelor’s degree in civil/architectural engineering or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant BIM modeling experience in design or infrastructure projects.
Proven expertise in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Expert-level proficiency in the listed Autodesk BIM suite.
Strong understanding of construction and engineering principles.
Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills to resolve design conflicts.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with all project stakeholders.
