IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


In this role, you will prepare and monitor HR budgets, and deliver employee compensation related reports to internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in designing annual increment and bonus models, developing executive dashboards for leadership, and streamlining data processes to ensure transparency and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR budgeting and compensation management, HR Operations, proficiency in Power BI and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT



  • Prepare, monitor, and manage the annual HR function budget in coordination with Finance, ensuring accurate variance analysis, GL alignment, and timely submissions. Provide insights through forecasting and trend analysis to support effective resource planning, cost optimization, and financial discipline within the HR function.
  • Design and develop comprehensive models, including annual increments, bonuses, and variable pay frameworks, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and alignment with organizational policies. Provide robust data analysis and scenario modelling to support leadership decision-making.
  • Regularly update and maintain the Dynamic Total Rewards Dashboard in Power BI to enable real-time tracking of compensation and benefits, ensuring data accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights for leadership decision-making. Continuously enhance dashboard features to improve usability and alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Consolidate and analyze HR data to generate accurate and timely reports tailored to the needs of internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with PTCL Group reporting standards while delivering actionable insights that drive transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Manage HR budget allocation activities in close coordination with Finance, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant distribution of costs. Monitor spending patterns, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to maintain financial discipline within the HR function.
  • Conduct employee salary and benefits analysis, leveraging internal data and external benchmarks such as the Mercer Total Remuneration Survey, to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for informed decision-making on compensation and benefits strategies.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


Qualification

Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Candidates with CIPD, CHRP, or SHRM certification will be preferred.
