Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Suite CRM Expert to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customizing, debugging, and integrating Suite CRM systems to meet business needs. This role involves working closely with our team to ensure seamless CRM operations, resolve issues, and implement new features and modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Debugging & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues within our Suite CRM system to ensure smooth functionality.
• Customization & Module Creation: Develop and customize CRM modules to meet specific business requirements, enhancing system capabilities.
• Integration: Integrate Suite CRM with our websites, landing pages, and other platforms to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Suite CRM system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective CRM solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all customizations, integrations, and processes within Suite CRM.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in working with Suite CRM, including customization, integration, and module creation.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM), and Wordpress is a plus.
• Familiarity with immigration services or related industries.
• Prior experience working in a remote team for a fixed hour job from Monday to Friday following EST time zone.
