Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Manager to lead our Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation and management in our Egypt office. The successful candidate will oversee the development, execution, and monitoring of BIM standards, workflows, and strategies across projects to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, processes, and templates across projects.
• Manage and support the use of BIM software and tools (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.).
• Coordinate BIM execution plans and ensure compliance with project-specific requirements.
• Provide leadership, training, and technical support to design teams.
• Facilitate model coordination, clash detection, and data integration between disciplines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to optimize BIM workflows.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and software advancements.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM models and related project documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in BIM management within an engineering consultancy or construction environment.
• Expert knowledge of BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Dynamo, etc.).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with international BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, etc.).
