The ideal candidate will be responsible for responsible for monitoring the Design, Implementation and Maintenance work duties for the company engineering team.
Responsibilities

Organize and manage resources (manpower/ equipment/ materials), projects mangers, contractors and schedules for constructions projects.

Identify the resources required at each project stage to meet project objectives and negotiate the release of these resources with other concerned managers.

Prepare documentation like scope of work, contracts, purchases orders, reports and budgets.

Monitor all construction operations to ensure budget, quality and schedule are met.

Collaborate with design team and technical office to determine suitable specifications of the projects.

Assess the impact of all projects and allocate resources as necessary to achieve the optimum results.

Negotiate with contractors to reach profitable agreements.

Evaluate progress, keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on the projects and prepare progress reports regularly.

Maintain, review and update the project plan.

Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

Direct and control the project team to ensure that they achieve their objectives and that the best possible use is made of available staff resources.

Communicate with the new projects department, regarding any updates in the project plan kick off meeting.

Coordinate with all consultants (STR & MEP).

Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
Qualifications

Engineering (Civil – Architecture)

Min. 15 years of relevant professional experience.
