BIM Manager

Position: BIM Manager
Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture from a recognized institute
• Minimum 12 years total professional experience in building projects (design, engineering, or construction)
• Minimum 7 years hands-on experience managing BIM projects of similar scale and nature
• Proven PWA (Public Works Authority) experience is required
• Certification in BIM Management (UPDA certification is preferred)
• Strong capability in overall BIM management, including planning, implementation, coordination, approvals, training, documentation, and information management
• valid QID
• immediate joiner

Role Scope:
The BIM Manager will be responsible for overall BIM strategy and execution, acting also as Information Manager when required, and ensuring compliance with BIM procedures across the project lifecycle.
