Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Manager to join our team!
In this role, you will support architectural design, technical coordination, and BIM management activities across project deliverables.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supports architectural design activities, including basic architectural and interior design coordination.

• Produces and reviews CAD drawings, BIM models, and renderings in line with project requirements.

• Establishes and maintains architectural design guidelines and BIM standards.

• Reviews architectural and construction documents for accuracy, compliance, and coordination.

• Develops, implements, and enforces BIM procedures and workflows across the project.

• Coordinates BIM models across disciplines to ensure clash-free and coordinated outputs.

• Supports project teams with BIM-related technical guidance and best practices.

• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Expert-level proficiency in CAD, Revit, and other relevant digital design software.

• Strong knowledge of BIM modeling, coordination, and review processes.

• Basic architectural and design knowledge applicable to simple and medium-scale assets.

• Extensive experience reviewing BIM models and architectural modules.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• Experience establishing BIM execution plans (BEP) and project BIM standards.

• Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and construction teams.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.

• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical BIM concepts clearly.

• Experience on large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects is an advantage.
