BIM Modeler

We are seeking a BIM Modeler for creating accurate 3D models and shop/erection drawings of structural and miscellaneous steel components. The role ensures drawings are precise, fabrication-ready, and coordinated with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D Tekla Structures models for structural steel and miscellaneous steel works.
• Prepare shop drawings, GA drawings, assembly drawings, and erection drawings.
• Generate material lists, bolt lists, and CNC/NC files from Tekla.
• Coordinate with design engineers and project teams for inputs and clarifications.
• Update models and drawings to reflect revisions and client/consultant comments.
• Ensure drawings are practical for fabrication, welding, and erection.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–4 years’ experience as a Tekla Modeller/Detailer in structural steel projects.
• Proficiency in Tekla Structures software.
• Knowledge of steel fabrication and erection methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
