BIM Modeller (Remote – Full Time)

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller with at least 1 year of experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will support our design and project teams by creating and managing accurate BIM models for interior fit-out and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models based on project drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure model accuracy and clash detection.
• Update BIM models based on design revisions and site feedback.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and company guidelines.
• Assist in extracting BOQs, schedules, and material quantities from BIM models when required.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
