Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled BIM Structural Engineer with 3–5+ years of experience to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in structural BIM modeling, coordination, and detailing, with the ability to handle projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage structural BIM models using Revit (LOD 200–400/500).
• Prepare detailed structural drawings including GA drawings, reinforcement detailing, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Architectural, MEP) to ensure clash-free models.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM standards, and local regulations.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in BIM Structural modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structure), Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
• Good understanding of structural systems, detailing, and BIM workflows.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Immediate availability is mandatory.
