Biomedical Engineer (Sales & Marketing Executive)

Allmed Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for its Vascular Access and Urology segment. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, sales expertise, and the ability to drive growth through strategic marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market mapping and surveys to assess market potential based on product specialization
  • Monitor competitors’ activities, including new product launches and market strategies
  • Execute aggressive marketing activities such as product demonstrations, launches, and participation in medical society conferences
  • Develop strong command over assigned products, including product potential, installed base, and competitive comparisons
  • Set sales targets and implement effective strategies to achieve and exceed them
  • Collect, analyze, and act on market data and sales leads
  • Understand tender business processes and contribute to increasing street sales

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in medical devices
  • Experience in vascular access and/or urology products will be an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Willingness to travel as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
