About the Role
We are seeking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Manager. The candidate will primarily work in hospitals, as the role involves regular hospital visits. There is no fixed office location, and the position is entirely field-based with minimum 1 year in sales, diagnostic services, marketing in bio field.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Langene Bio's genetic testing services to hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and consultants.
- Develop and manage a strong market presence within assigned territory.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and support scientific discussions with clinicians.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably oncology, gynecology OBS, pharma or biotech)
- Education: BS in Biotechnology, Pharm D or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
