We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager– Trading Division (Doha, Qatar)

Solarline Group – Trading Division is looking for an experienced Business Development & Sales Manager to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business and expand existing accounts in oil & gas, marine, offshore, and industrial sectors

Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, quotations, negotiations, and closures

Build strong relationships with procurement teams, project managers, and decision-makers

Promote and sell a wide range of trading products including:

Pipes, fittings, valves

Nuts, bolts & fasteners

Metal & industrial materials

Marine & offshore supplies

Fire safety & industrial safety products

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements

Achieve sales targets and support long-term business growth

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in business development / sales within trading or industrial supply

Proven experience in Doha / Qatar market (mandatory)

Strong background supplying metal, marine, offshore, oilfield, and industrial products

Existing network with oil & gas companies, EPCs, or industrial clients is a strong advantage

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
