BMS Supervisor – Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of the Building Management System (BMS).
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and system integrators.
• Monitor BMS operation to ensure HVAC, lighting, and other systems perform as per design.
• Review and verify BMS drawings, I/O lists, control logic, and as-built documents.
• Ensure proper calibration and functioning of field devices (sensors, actuators, controllers).
• Attend site inspections, FAT/SAT, and client walkthroughs.
• Troubleshoot BMS faults and coordinate corrective actions with vendors and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
• Plan and manage manpower, site activities, and daily work schedules.
• Prepare and submit reports, method statements, inspection requests, and commissioning documents.
• Support integration with third-party systems (Fire Alarm, Access Control, Energy Meters, etc.).
• Train operators and end users on BMS operation and handover requirements.
• Ensure timely project completion and close-out of snag lists.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
