We are seeking a skilled BMS Technician to join our team and ensure the reliable operation of building management systems across diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) including HVAC, lighting, access control, and fire safety integrations.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of BMS equipment.
• Monitor system performance and respond to alarms or faults to ensure uninterrupted building operations.
• Assist in commissioning new systems and support integration with MEP and fire fighting systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to deliver technical support during project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of system configurations, maintenance activities, and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering (or related field).
• Proven experience as a BMS Technician in construction, MEP, or fire fighting systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, PLCs, and automation systems.
• Familiarity with industry-standard BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, Johnson Controls).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must have valid QID
