Body Shop / Car Care Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on Bodyshop / Car Care Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a skilled team, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the bodyshop and car care teams (PPF & Tinting, Denting painting, detailing, polishing and related services).
• Allocate work orders, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of repairs and services.
• Conduct quality checks on completed jobs to meet company standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to technicians and detailing staff.
• Manage workflow, job scheduling, and customer delivery timelines.
• Maintain inventory of bodyshop materials, car care products, and equipment.
• Uphold workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an automotive bodyshop or car care environment minimum of 3 Years of Experience preferably in UAE.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of body repair, refinishing, and detailing processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
