Boiler Engineer

• Ensure optimal and continuous operation of mechanical systems by performing routine inspections and maintenance, monitoring metering equipment and adjusting levels as necessary Maintain systems by scheduling regular inspections, cleanings, filter replacement and all other tasks necessary to keep all components performing optimally; identify and repair or replace malfunctioning components
• The basic and the main responsibility to do the routine servicing and maintenance of the boilers and auxiliary equipment’s.
• He has to ensure the proper maintenance of the boilers and the proper pressure in the boilers as well.
• He has to maintain and regulate the temperatures within the buildings.
• It is needed to ensure the proper air-conditioning and heating in the buildings.
• He has the duty to follow all safety and precautionary measures and keep all the factors in mind while working in the boiler rooms.
• He has to work for the detection of the malfunctions in the boilers.
• It will be the duty to immediately repair the boilers required.
• The duty includes keeping repair and service maintenance records and does the documentation properly.
• The duty includes keeping the proper records of meter and gauge readings and fuel consumption of the boilers and also updating it timely.
• Study to keep current on knowledge of all applicable safety laws and regulations in order to ensure full compliance at all times
• Create and enter properly documented records of inspections, maintenance routines and repairs
• Sustain up-to-date knowledge of developments in relevant technology and make recommendations for overhauls and upgrades
• Perform necessary repairs and replacements, obtain replacement parts and upgrade components as needed while staying within the budget
• Supervising the works of assistant boiler engineers and organizing necessary training for them.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools following all safety practices
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment is maintained and that all safety procedures are being followed
• Ensure that all accidents and any potential safety hazards are reported immediately

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
