Boiler Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and adjusting boiler controls to maintain optimal steam pressure, temperature, and flow rates.
• Monitoring boiler performance using gauges, meters, and other instruments.
• Ensuring efficient fuel combustion and minimizing energy waste.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and inspections.
• Troubleshooting and repairing boiler malfunctions and equipment failures.
• Conducting water quality testing and chemical treatment to prevent corrosion and scaling.
• Replacing worn or damaged parts.
• Adhering to all safety regulations and protocols related to boiler operation.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and inspections.
• Documenting fuel consumption, water quality test results, and other relevant data.
• Collaborating with other maintenance staff and departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and other team members.
• Ensuring proper sterilization of equipment using steam generated by the boiler.
• Maintaining consistent temperature and pressure levels for optimal brewing, bottling, or canning processes.
• Adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the boiler room and throughout the production facility.

Education: DAE Mechenical with "B" or "C" class boiler certification

Experience : Minimum 03 Years as boiler operator

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
