Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and adjusting boiler controls to maintain optimal steam pressure, temperature, and flow rates.
- Monitoring boiler performance using gauges, meters, and other instruments.
- Ensuring efficient fuel combustion and minimizing energy waste.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and inspections.
- Troubleshooting and repairing boiler malfunctions and equipment failures.
- Conducting water quality testing and chemical treatment to prevent corrosion and scaling.
- Replacing worn or damaged parts.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and protocols related to boiler operation.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Maintaining accurate records of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and inspections.
- Documenting fuel consumption, water quality test results, and other relevant data.
- Collaborating with other maintenance staff and departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and other team members.
- Ensuring proper sterilization of equipment using steam generated by the boiler.
- Maintaining consistent temperature and pressure levels for optimal brewing, bottling, or canning processes.
- Adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the boiler room and throughout the production facility.
Education: DAE Mechenical with "B" or "C" class boiler certification
Experience : Minimum 03 Years as boiler operator
