Boiler operator C Class (for BIOMASS BOILER)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Boiler Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of boiler systems in an industrial setting. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, and hydraulics. The Boiler Operator will also provide exceptional customer service while working collaboratively with other maintenance personnel.

Duties

• Operate and monitor boiler systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on boilers and associated equipment.
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance activities, and inspections.
• Collaborate with field service teams to address customer needs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
• Assist in the training of new staff on boiler operations and maintenance procedures.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Boiler Operator or in a similar role within industrial maintenance
• Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Background in field service or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
