Book-Keeper / Assistant Accountant Required

Role Over-View:

We are seeking a detailed-oriented & reliable Male Candidate to join our Accounting and Finance Department as a Book-Keeper / Assistant. The Ideal Candidate will support daily financial operations, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with the company policies and accounting methods.

Location: Lahore, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate records, ledgers and journals.

* Record day-to-day financial transactions (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments).

* Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.

* Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

* Manage accounts payable and receivables.

* Support Payroll processing and employee expense tracking .

* Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

* Assist senior accountants and finance managers with audits and budgeting.

* Organize and Maintain financial documents for every retrieval.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or CAF or ACCA Part qualified.

- Proven experience as a Book-Keeper or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and book-keeping practices.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g QuickBooks, Tally, ERP)

- Excellent attention to details and interpretation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and a part of team.

- Problem -solving mindset with analytical Skills.

- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
