Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding flights, hotels, tours, and travel packages (via calls, WhatsApp, email, or walk-ins).
- Process bookings accurately in the system and maintain updated reservation records.
- Provide complete information about travel itineraries, pricing, availability, and policies.
- Coordinate with airlines, vendors, and internal departments for booking confirmations and changes.
- Manage cancellations, refunds, reissues, and modifications as per company and airline policies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and professional service.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and travel itineraries for customers.
- Maintain knowledge of promotions, fares, packages, and travel rules.
- Resolve booking issues, escalations, or customer complaints professionally.
- Meet monthly sales and booking targets set by management.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism, Business, or related field).
- Prior experience in travel booking, reservation systems, or telesales is preferred.
- Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
- Good command of MS Office and digital communication tools.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Professional attitude, teamwork, and target-oriented mindset.
