Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding flights, hotels, tours, and travel packages (via calls, WhatsApp, email, or walk-ins).
  • Process bookings accurately in the system and maintain updated reservation records.
  • Provide complete information about travel itineraries, pricing, availability, and policies.
  • Coordinate with airlines, vendors, and internal departments for booking confirmations and changes.
  • Manage cancellations, refunds, reissues, and modifications as per company and airline policies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and professional service.
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and travel itineraries for customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of promotions, fares, packages, and travel rules.
  • Resolve booking issues, escalations, or customer complaints professionally.
  • Meet monthly sales and booking targets set by management.
  • Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism, Business, or related field).
  • Prior experience in travel booking, reservation systems, or telesales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
  • Good command of MS Office and digital communication tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Professional attitude, teamwork, and target-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
