IDEAL PROFILE

• University degree from related fields, master's degree is a plus,
• Minimum 15 years experience in related positions and a minimum of 5 years of teams management or business management,
• Strong knowledge of live broadcasting workflows, studio production, uplink/downlink, SNG, IP and fiber transmission technologies,
• Proven experience in managing guest/crew bookings, scheduling, and resource allocation for broadcast operations,
• Excellent coordination skills with national and international broadcasters, agencies, and production teams,
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially in crisis situations during live transmissions,
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken),
• Skilled in using MS Office and broadcast planning/tracking systems.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Coordinate and manage the preparation stages of all domestic and international broadcasts, ensuring the relevant departments are informed and aligned,
• Ensure seamless coordination between internal departments requesting broadcasts and the Satellite Booking & Traffic teams and/or external service providers,
• Play an active role in the selection process of external vendors and services to be collaborated with,
• Lead the team in determining transmission platforms such as satellite capacity, fiber, radio link, and oversee related testing processes,
• Ensure that all operations within the transmission unit are carried out in line with the allocated department budget and established standards,
• Organize all necessary maintenance, procurement, and rental processes to ensure the continuity of broadcasts and system operations.
