About the Role

We are looking for a Global Technology Services Manager to lead and manage our global IT infrastructure operations across multiple geographies, including Türkiye, the United States, Canada, Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa .

Reporting directly to the Global IT Director, this role will be responsible for ensuring stable, scalable and standardized infrastructure services while maintaining a strong balance between strategy and hands-on execution . This is a key role in strengthening existing operations, increasing visibility and driving operational excellence across all regions. Office-based role in Türkiye , with moderate international travel .

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure and operations
• Proven experience in multi-country or regional infrastructure management
• Strong hands-on knowledge of:
• On-premise and cloud infrastructure
• Enterprise networks and connectivity
• End-user computing and endpoint management
• IT operations and service management
• Digital Workplace
• Ability to engage in architectural and technical decisions while effectively leading teams
• Solid experience managing hybrid delivery models (internal teams + outsourcing)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel abroad

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee global IT infrastructure operations covering data centers, cloud platforms, networks, and end-user computing
• Ensure operational stability, availability and performance across all countries
• Establish and maintain global infrastructure standards for network, cloud, endpoint and operational processes
• Develop a clear end-to-end visibility of current infrastructure (as-is) across all regions
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce incidents, service disruptions and operational risks
• Work closely with regional IT teams and external service providers in a hybrid operating model
• Provide regular, decision-oriented reporting to the Global IT Director
• Ensure infrastructure operations are documented, repeatable and not dependent on individuals (“no hero culture”).
