Job Description - Bookkeeper
Status: Nonexempt hourly part time (20 -30 hours per week with potential to increase to full time)
Reports to: Account Manager
Job Summary
This is a W2 employee position. The Bookkeeper will support both the overall business and specific clients through maintenance of financial records, preparing reports, and updating financial information under the supervision of the Account Manager.
We are looking for candidates that have a least 2 years of bookkeeping experience and QuickBooks Online experience. This role will be supporting anywhere from 20-30 businesses. Organization, time management, and adapatable to change is key.
Cents and Balance does offer a flexible work schedule. However, it is required that the candidate be available Monday through Friday daytime hours for training and education during the 90 day introductory period.
