What You’ll Do

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Process payroll (or assist with payroll coordination)
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven bookkeeping experience (small business preferred)
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (Online)
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
• Positive, team-player attitude

Bonus Points

• Experience in dental, medical, or professional services
• Advanced Excel skills
• Bookkeeping or accounting certification
