- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Reconcile sales, purchases, and other transactions with ledgers
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor cash flow and prepare regular bank reconciliations
- Generate, track, and manage invoices
- Assist with audits and tax filings
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
- Support payroll processing and maintain salary records
- Track inventory costs (if applicable)
- Handle petty cash and employee expense reimbursements
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Identify and correct any accounting discrepancies or errors
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy
- Stay updated with changes in accounting laws and best practices
