Bookkeeper / Office Manager / Administrative Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support bookkeeping, administration, and day-to-day operations across a growing real estate and vacation rental portfolio. This is a remote, high-trust role with occasional local coordination in the Fort Myers / Ave Maria area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage bookkeeping (QuickBooks or similar), including income, expenses, and reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financial summaries and support year-end reporting
  • Track rental performance, payouts, and operating costs across properties
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and assist with cash flow tracking
  • Maintain organized digital files (contracts, invoices, property records)
  • Support property operations through tools like Hostaway (or similar)
  • Track Florida sales and tourist taxes and maintain compliance records

Requirements

  • 3–7 years experience in bookkeeping, office management, or similar role
  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or hospitality preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
  • Florida-based (Fort Myers / Ave Maria area preferred)
  • Occasional travel to properties in Fort Myers / Ave Maria area

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
