Bookkeeper Quickbooks Desktop

We seek a detail-oriented and organized person experienced with QuickBooks Desktop for Saturday Aug 1st 8a to 12p and Sunday Aug 2nd- Part Time position accurately inputting the past quarter's data into already set up Quickbooks for desktop. Training provided. For the right fit, this position could become ongoing.

Duties:

• Enter data into Quickbooks with efficiency and accuracy
• Verify the accuracy of entered data and make necessary corrections
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Quickbooks Desktop - We will train on ours - which is already set up and operating
• Ability to collaborate with supervisor and communicate in writing
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Reliable attendance is necessary
• Background check required
