Boutique Manager - Production

Dazzles Studio is hiring a Production Manager to lead post-sales alterations and fittings for our luxury brand, ensuring perfect fit, quality, and client satisfaction through strong technical expertise and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee alterations and customizations.
• Coordinate fittings, trials, and garment movement between store and production.
• Understand client requirements with consultants and assess alteration feasibility.
• Recommend and explain the best alteration solutions to clients.
• Lead and manage the production team.
• Allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure quality standards: fit, finishing, cleanliness, stain-free garments.
• Attend client trials when required and ensure proper follow-ups.
• Handle client and internal escalations professionally.
• Maintain basic records, trial schedules, and production status updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
