BPM- Technology Lead

Lead -As an BPM Application Lead, you will be responsible to support, maintain, and troubleshoot backend systems in production. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, resolving incidents, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve service stability and performance.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and their integration with other systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, designing application architecture, coding and testing applications, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes and technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME

-Lead the team with strong troubleshooting skills

- Conduct RCA and provide fixes for Production incidents

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform

- Responsible for team decisions

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

- Lead the application design and development process

- Ensure timely delivery of projects

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Camunda BPM version 8

- Should have strong handson experience in Zeebe client implementation, job workers,process modelling, Feel Expression, implementing Camunda APIs, Rest based implementation in Java

- Should have strong understanding of Camunda 8 architecture

-Have strong understanding of Camunda data architecture, data backup and archiving process , migration of existing process data

- Strong understanding of business process management systems

- Experience in designing and implementing workflow automation solutions

- Knowledge of Java programming language, Springboot and Restful service implementation

- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Camunda BPM

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with BPMN 2.0 standards, nestJS

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Camunda BPM

- A 15 years full-time education is required

- Troubleshooting experiences (tools, logs analysis etc.) and quick Troubleshooting skill

- 5 years of Experience in Application / Platform support activities, proficient in ITSM tool, processess and Support activities.

- Willing to work in shifts, on-call for Operational supports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR17,000.00 per month
