BPO Operations Coordinator

As part of our continued growth in Qatar, we are looking for a skilled BPO Operations Coordinator to join our team in Al Rayyan.

Role Overview

The BPO Operations Coordinator will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow, team coordination, and service delivery excellence. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to support both internal teams and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily BPO operations and ensure service delivery targets are met
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and operational metrics
• Support team leaders and agents with scheduling, task allocation, and workflow management
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies, and quality standards
• Prepare reports on performance, productivity, and operational insights
• Handle escalations and assist in resolving operational issues
• Collaborate with HR, training, and QA teams to improve performance and efficiency
• Identify process improvements and support implementation initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proven experience in BPO, call center operations, or similar environment
• Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and performance management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
