Job Description:

We are looking for a BPO Sales Representative to join our International Sales Campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to international clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales while maintaining a professional and results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential international customers.
• Present and promote products or services using solid communication skills.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on leads.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales performance and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication and listening skills (must).
• Confident and persuasive with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work night shifts (US timings).
• Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are highly encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in international outbound sales or call centers is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift), Monday to Friday

Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 65,000

Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
