Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing call center agents on communication, product knowledge, and customer handling.

Develop and implement training materials, modules, and assessments to enhance performance.

Monitor and evaluate trainees’ performance to identify areas for improvement.

Provide feedback, coaching, and support to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Collaborate with team leaders and management to identify training needs and skill gaps.

Maintain training records, progress reports, and ensure training completion within deadlines.

Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a call center or BPO environment (training experience preferred).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal, coaching, and motivational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple training sessions and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
