Learning & Engagement Executive

ASK is looking for a dynamic and motivated professional for the position of “*_Learning & Engagement Executive” *_to support its Consulting & Training Division.

Qualification: MBA or Equivalent
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry Exposure: HRM, Training, Consulting, Marketing, or Development Sector
Locations: Islamabad - F-11/1

Key Responsibilities:

• Support consulting and training operations
• Assist in proposal writing and business documentation
• Coordinate with clients and maintain professional communication
• Support marketing and promotion of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
• Assist in developing presentations, training materials, and engagement content
• Coordinate learning events, webinars, and professional sessions
• Maintain follow-up with clients, participants, and corporate partners

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of HRM and professional learning environments
• Proposal/report writing and presentation development skills
• Social media and marketing coordination exposure preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment
