We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Branch Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our skincare branch. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in skincare or beauty services, excellent team leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily functioning of the skincare branch, ensuring operational excellence.
- Supervise and coordinate staff including skincare therapists, front desk, and sales associates.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction at all times.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and service revenue goals.
- Monitor staff performance and provide regular training or feedback.
- Maintain stock levels and oversee inventory management and ordering.
- Implement in-branch promotions and offers to drive customer engagement.
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure smooth client flow.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in compliance with company and health regulations.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, staff attendance, customer feedback, and inventory.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in skincare, beauty, salon, or spa operations.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or incharge role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of skincare products, services, and treatments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic knowledge of billing, POS systems, and scheduling tools.
- Organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
