Outlet Manager (Lahore Branch)

We are looking for a highly responsible and proactive Outlet Manager to lead our Lahore branch (Barami Bagh Autoparts Market). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth workflow, staff supervision, customer satisfaction, and strict compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations, including cash handling, sales closing, and stock control.
• Supervise and guide staff to ensure professional service and discipline.
• Monitor customer service, resolve complaints, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure timely availability of materials/packages and proper product placement on racks.
• Implement company SOPs, including warranty, sales returns, and credit customer management.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, repair/maintenance, and timely opening/closing.
• Report daily activities and immediately escalate critical issues to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field).
• 2–4 years of experience in retail/shop management or outlet supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle cash, sales reports, and inventory effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
