· Position: AM Store
Location: Lahore - HO
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant store/warehouse management experience, preferably in electronics, automotive, or tracking industry
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

The Assistant Manager – Store will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, managing inward/outward material flow, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining compliance with company policies. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills to ensure smooth and efficient store management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage all store operations, including receipts, storage, issuance, and record-keeping of inventory.

· Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as per operational needs.

· Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the inventory management system.

· Conduct regular stock audits, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

· Coordinate with Procurement, Installation, Sales, and Finance departments for material requirements.

· Implement FIFO/LIFO principles and maintain material quality standards.

· Ensure safe storage and handling of materials.

· Prepare and present periodic inventory reports to management.

· Manage and guide store staff for performance improvement and compliance.

Technical Skills:

· Strong knowledge of inventory management systems & MS Excel.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
