Key Responsibilities:
- Manage TikTok Shop Operations:
- Set up and maintain the TikTok Shop backend, including inventory, pricing, promotions, and product listings.
- Monitor order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery.
- Sales & Campaign Strategy:
- Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns and flash sales to boost visibility and conversions.
- Analyze sales performance, user engagement, and ROI to optimize campaign results.
- Content & Influencer Collaboration:
- Coordinate with creators and influencers for product promotion via livestreams, short videos, and other native TikTok formats.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all TikTok Shop-related content.
- Product Listing Optimization:
- Write and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and tags to improve searchability and conversion.
- Monitor competitor listings and adjust accordingly.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs (sales, traffic, CTR, conversion rates, etc.).
- Provide actionable insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure a smooth post-purchase experience including prompt resolution of inquiries, refunds, or complaints.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably with TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of TikTok as a platform, including trends, content formats, and algorithm behavior.
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, ERP systems, Google Analytics, or TikTok Business Center.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
